Associate H&S Consultant / H&S Auditor (UK Leading H&S Consultancy - ongoing) Visiting Client’s sites and undertaking a detailed evaluation of their H&S arrangements / business risk profile thereby providing detailed information to the Consultancy’s H&S Team for onward support (over 100 audits completed).

Fire Risk Assessment Project (Culture & Leisure Trust - 6 months) Undertaking Fire Risk Assessments (& Legislative Compliance Audits) across the estate of venues, including swimming pools, gyms, pubs, theatre, and other combined leisure facilities. 
 

Health & Safety Consultant  (Banking – 14 months) - Creation of Global Minimum Requirements - a set of hazard control specification documents that set the minimum level of control acceptable to the organisation globally, regardless of local legislation, working practices or culture for key risk streams (over 50 in total) as part of a major overhaul of the global OHSMS.

 

Fire Safety Consultant (University – 6 months) - Providing Fire Safety Management Consultancy advice, encompassing fire policy / strategy & supporting procedures, FRA interpretation, training and audit across the campus estate of academic buildings and residential properties.

 

Health & Safety Consultant (College – 10 months) - Providing SHE advice and support to in-house H&S Team, including the design & delivery of OHSAS 18001 awareness training material as well as individual H&S courses covering all relevant operational controls (circa 20 courses). Development of Emergency Planning & Response Risk Assessments / Site Based Emergency Plan Documentation / Training for the entire College campus estate (10 sites in total).

 

Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (Car Parks – 6 months) - Providing SHE advice / H&S gap analysis for NCP (6-month contract consultancy project). Development of SMS, site auditing, board level KPI reporting, development of consultative forum, ISO14001 transition planning.

 

Fire Safety Consultant (Private Care Provider to NHS – 2.5 years) - Provided Fire Safety Management Consultancy advice to private healthcare provider working on 5-year NHS contract covering 7 Community Hospitals / 20+ Health Centre Locations across S England., including - Project Planning, Fire Safety Management System Design & Delivery, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Training (Managers & Employees).  Additional Fire Risk Assessment & Site H&S Inspection activity for two additional Trust locations

Health & Safety Consultant - support for Property Management department of IT / Telecommunciations Company (UK & Ireland) following restructuring and change in organisational H&S responsibilities (further 2 years of full time consultancy support)

 

Implementation of bespoke H&S Management System for Social Housing ALMO, including policies, procedures, and training along with the development of client personnel before handover to in-house team. Three-year assignment included working with DLO & contractors on CDM refurbishment projects. Management of H&S Officer & reporting line through the Director of Housing to the CEO & Management Board.
