Many organisations aren’t always fully aware of their legal Health & Safety obligations. Other companies know that certain actions are required, but struggle to find the resources, time or competence to undertake them.
Health & Safety Legislation does require organisations to have access to competent advice. In situations where one of your employees does not provide this requirement, external competent advice should be sought – AJB42 Consulting Ltd can help provide this support.
